it@cork Diversity in Tech event: Looking after our Mental Health
it@cork are excited to announce our next Diversity in Tech event: ‘Looking after our Mental Health’, scheduled for Wednesday 12th May from 12pm-1pm.

It is with great pleasure we announce that Deloitte are proudly sponsoring both this event, and the remaining 2021 Diversity in Tech series of events.

Looking after our mental health is essential to help us get through these challenging times. Over a year into the current pandemic, many of us feel challenged, tested and stressed in different ways.

Mental health is an important part of everyone’s life as it enables us to function daily, and positive mental health contributes to our overall wellbeing. During this webinar, panellists will be discussing different ways that we can enhance our self-care and positive mental health. Mental health is currently at the top of the agenda for most companies, with people struggling to support colleagues and their teams. The panellists will be discussing different ways to help us overcome some of the challenges we face, including:
> Coping mechanisms for people during the pandemic
> Top tips and recommendations for dealing with mental health issues
> Signs to look out for with your teams and colleagues
> How to provide support to individuals and work teams
> Importance of maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
> Discussing the new ‘Right to Disconnect’ legislation
