it@cork are delighted to announce our next upcoming Diversity in Tech event, ‘Next Generation Planning’.

This event will be an energising and enlightening panel discussion with a mix of both graduates and professionals.

We are currently living in a new world and companies will need to plan strategically to meet the expectations and beliefs of the next generation. In recent years there has been shift in generational differences, so companies need to react accordingly to ensure that they attract and retain graduates and employees.
With changes in ideas, values, attitudes, how do companies adapt to meet the needs to the next generation?
